ABOUT

EARLYDAYS , NURSERY & PRIMARY SCHOOL

CURRICULUM

Earlydays is modeled after the British Montessori and Indigeneous Curricula. It runs a junior pre-nursery (1-2yrs), a preschool (a foundation for under 5s) and in addition to this, key aspects of the Nigerian curriculum are incorporated. Children progress from (0-2yrs), Playgroup (2-3yrs), Nursery (3-4yrs), Reception (4-5yrs) to primary school.
Our academic year usually commences from September to July.

ASSEMBLY

Every Monday and Friday we have whole school assembly. At the end of the assembly, birthdays occurring that week will be recognized; candles will be lit and blown and a birthday song sang.

DISCIPLINE

Our policy is to encourage the development of self-discipline, high standards of personal behavior, courtesy and respect for other people and for property.
Breaches attract appropriate disciplinary measures.

ABSENCE FROM SCHOOL

It is important parents explain why their child is away from school either by writing or calls. We are concerned when parents take children away on holiday during the term for no justifiable reasons. Prolonged and repetitive absences from school can disrupt a child’s education. We value our child’s presence in school as every child matters.
